Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return eligibility
We accept returns of unopened, undamaged Slim Coffee Booster product within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. This applies to all orders delivered within Australia.
2. How to request a return
Email us at hello@bonesremove.world within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, phone number, order reference and reason for return. We will respond within one business day with return instructions.
3. Return shipping
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled by us. We recommend using tracked postage for your return.
4. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
5. Non-returnable items
Opened or damaged product cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons, unless the product was faulty at the time of delivery. Proof of damage or fault (photo) may be requested.
6. Faulty or incorrect products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@bonesremove.world within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including any consumer guarantees. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
8. No subscription, no hidden fees
All purchases are one-time transactions. There are no recurring charges, auto-renewals or hidden fees. The price shown at checkout (AUD 49.00 incl. GST) is the total you pay.
